The Associate Manager, Marketing Automation will manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot systems to support marketing, sales, and client services functions. This role requires hands-on experience in system administration, data management, reporting, and campaign execution. The candidate will collaborate across teams to improve processes, enhance data accuracy, and deliver meaningful insights to boost performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot
- Oversee email campaign creation, workflow management, approvals, and execution
- Maintain internal email lists with attention to deliverability best practices
- Create and manage Salesforce campaigns, leads, and assignment rules
- Cleanse, import, and validate marketing and sales data
- Evaluate and optimize marketing and sales tools and strategies
- Analyze activity and performance metrics to improve conversion rates
- Build reports and dashboards for marketing and sales insights
- Manage data hygiene processes and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define technical and business requirements
- Provide system training and onboarding support to new users
- Ensure effective communication of metrics, KPIs, and campaign insights
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
Information Security Responsibilities:
- Promote awareness of security best practices (e.g., password hygiene, malware protection)
- Assess and report security risks related to data confidentiality and integrity
- Understand and enforce data privacy and protection protocols
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience (certifications required)
- Pardot experience (certifications required)
- 5–7 years in marketing automation within a high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Understanding of email marketing and web analytics preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
